Vector90 Aviation is building an aviation platform where technical operations, workforce development, and engineering innovation grow together. Beginning with an established avionics operation, our vision is to expand our FAA-certified capabilities while creating pathways for talented people to enter the industry, solve real-world problems, develop new technologies, and help shape what aviation becomes next.

Our journey begins with avionics. Vector90 is working to establish an FAA Part 145 avionics operation that will provide the technical, regulatory, and commercial foundation for the company’s future.
From that foundation, our long-term vision is to expand into FAA-certified machine shop, non-destructive testing (NDT), and propulsion capabilities. Each new capability will be developed deliberately, allowing Vector90 to grow into a multidisciplinary aviation organization while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Aircraft maintenance carries a responsibility that extends far beyond completing a job. Vector90 is being built around disciplined processes, regulatory compliance, quality workmanship, and the understanding that every aircraft returned to service represents lives entrusted to the people who maintain it.
As our capabilities grow, those principles will remain at the center of how we operate.
Aviation has tremendous career potential, but talent cannot strengthen the industry if people never discover the opportunities available to them.
Vector90 plans to create hands-on workforce programs that introduce students to aviation maintenance, provide emerging technicians with meaningful industry experience, and build stronger connections between education and real aviation operations.
The future of aviation will not be shaped by today’s technology alone. There are problems yet to be solved, technologies yet to be developed, and aviation businesses that have yet to be imagined.
Through engineering R&D partnerships with HBCUs, Vector90 plans to connect students with real aviation challenges while encouraging them to think beyond employment toward innovation, entrepreneurship, intellectual property, leadership, and ownership.
We want the next generation to see aviation as an industry they can enter, improve, and ultimately help redefine.

Vector90 is designed so that each part of the company strengthens the others. Aviation operations create real technical challenges and hands-on learning environments. Technicians identify problems worth solving. Students gain practical experience. Engineers research new solutions. Innovation can improve our operations, create new technologies, and open new opportunities for growth.

Our starting point and the technical foundation for Vector90’s growth, providing experience in aircraft electrical systems, instrumentation, troubleshooting, installation, repair, and FAA-regulated operations.

Future precision machining and component capabilities designed to support maintenance operations, engineering projects, product development, and expanded aviation services.

Future inspection capabilities that support aircraft safety, component evaluation, quality assurance, and the broader technical needs of the organization.

Long-term expansion into aircraft engine and propulsion maintenance, creating additional technical capacity while opening new opportunities for workforce development and engineering innovation.

The maintenance environment provides something extremely valuable to innovation: real problems that need real solutions.
Vector90 plans to develop engineering research and development partnerships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), connecting engineering students with technical challenges identified through aviation operations. These collaborations can provide opportunities to research emerging technologies, develop and test ideas, and explore how promising solutions could eventually become practical aviation products or processes.

Aviation career outreach has introduced generations of young people to the possibility of becoming pilots, technicians, and engineers. Those pathways remain essential, but the possibilities do not end there.
Vector90 wants to expand that conversation. We want young people to understand that they can also invent aviation technology, solve industry problems, develop intellectual property, start businesses, and eventually own the companies that help move aviation forward.
What can I invent?
What problem can I solve?
What can I improve?
What can I build?
Sometimes opportunity begins simply by realizing something is possible.
Vector90 plans to build workforce development directly into its aviation operations, giving students and emerging professionals opportunities to experience the industry beyond the classroom.

Introduce high school students to aviation maintenance, avionics, electrical systems, technical problem-solving, and the range of careers available throughout the industry.

Provide A&P and avionics students with structured opportunities to gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced professionals, and understand the standards of an FAA-regulated maintenance environment.

Help participants translate education and practical experience into credentials, continued education, internships, employment, and long-term aviation careers.
Your acquisition research already describes essentially this pipeline, progressing from high-school exposure through A&P/college education, internships, and employment.
Success for Vector90 is bigger than the number of aircraft serviced or facilities opened. We envision a company known for technical excellence, a workforce pipeline that helps talented people find their place in aviation, and an R&D environment where technicians, students, and engineers work together to solve meaningful problems.
Ultimately, we want to help develop people who can maintain aviation, improve aviation, lead aviation, and build what comes next.
MAINTAIN. IMPROVE. LEAD. BUILD.
The possibilities within aviation are vast, and building what comes next will require collaboration across industry, education, engineering, and the communities where future talent is waiting to be discovered.
Vector90 is interested in connecting with aviation professionals, educators, HBCUs, engineers, workforce organi
